Meet The Team
Annie Jeal is the Director and Manager at Fern Hill
She opened the doors to what had been a childhood dream in January 2014 - and continues to be passionate about offering a homely, safe and happy environment for every child that walks through our door.
She has two grown up children, two kitties and is hoping to embark on Forest School training in the near future...watch this space.
Lorena Pazos Ramirez is the Acting Deputy at Fern Hill. She is a Mum to two grown up daughters and the newest addition to her family is Juno the Pekinese.
Lorena manages our Extra curricular, Spanish lessons and is our planning coordinator
She is passionate about her trips to the theatre and is supports animals rights, which has led to her becoming a Vegan.
Rebecca Mason is the Deputy Manager and has been on maternity leave since January 2023.
Becky is Mummy to two beautiful children, and her four legged babies too.
In Becky's spare time, she enjoys pampering others and is trained in doing Lashes and aesthetic treatments.
Louise Green is our Montessori trained teacher, who trained at the MCI. She is a mummy to two children aged 7 & 5 years.
Louise loves seeing the world through the children's eyes, and takes great pleasure in watching their eyes light up when they discover something new.
Louise loves swimming and enjoys gardening.
Nicolle Nwankwo is our Early Years Practitioner, who is studying at Uni to gain her next level in Childcare. Nicolle is a Mummy to a beautiful daughter, 8 going on 18 - and her two kitties, Bucket and Belle.
Nicolle is passionate about making memories with the children and sharing her love for everything Disney - especially The Lion King!
